A New Generation of Hydros
Paraclipse introduces a new line of Hydroformed antennas
and mounts to meet the challenges of high powered satellites and digital
signals. Galvanealed steel reflectors, manufactured into perfect paraboloids and
supported by strong, lightweight Polar and AZ-EL mounts, add up to picture
perfect reception.
These antennas, the smallest ever made by Paraclipse,
offer the necessary gain and efficiencies needed to overcome rain fade and lost
signals in fringe areas of reception.
This new generation of Hydro antenna will help to expand
usage of Paraclipse antennas in areas not serviced in the past. The Hydro's one
piece design allows for fast, easy installation.
Quality Mounts for a Quality Reflector
Polar (SP) Mount
A maximum strength, lightweight, steel polar
mount. Design allows for use with less expensive ground base pipe with
smaller o.d. Mount offers 120° azimuth travel with a 12" actuator.
AZ-EL (SP) Mount
Lock onto a single satellite for unsurpassed
picture quality. AZ-EL mount is constructed of lightweight steel,
protected with baked-on powder-coat finish.
The Paraclipse Hydro's exclusive design features:
Extra Strength A newly constructed multi-ribbed rim design adds additional
strength to the reflector, assuring parabolic accuracy and unsurpassed
reception.
One-piece, formed reflector.
Reflector constructed from Galvaneal steel (a proven
product used in the automotive industry to guarantee against rust and
product failure).
Choice of strong, lightweight Polar or AZ-EL mounts.
Six step powder coat finish with a sealed baked-on
process ensuring years of protection against paint failure.
Self-aligning, three-pole feedhorn support with preset
focal distance.
Ku-band Adapter Feed Plate - An optional adapter feed plate allows you to use existing feed
supports for both C-band and Ku-band signals. Feed plate is adjustable for
use with a wide variety of feeds.
